Manchester Climbing Centre will play host to our second event, where we will be joined by round the world adventurer Sarah Outen and Olympic rower, pro kayaker and free flowing rivers campaigner Rok Rozman. Join us for an evening of wild stories, lively debate and a chance to view Patagonia's new film Fishpeople.

Profits of the event will go to an environmental NGO.

Rok Rozman

Olympic rower turned environmentalist Rok Rozman campaigns to keep rivers flowing freely across Europe. 

He is leader of The Balkan Rivers Tour, gathering kayakers and water lovers together to raise awareness for 2,700 dam projects planned for the Balkans.

Explorer, author and environmentalist.


Sarah Outen MBE

Sarah Outen MBE is a British adventurer and author who has looped the world on human power alone.  A 4.5-year journey by land and sea, full of adventures and surprises. Having spent months alone at sea - she has witnessed the impact plastic pollution is having on our planet.

Moving, uplifting and inspiring - Sarah has wowed Kendal Mountain Festival audiences at previous events and we are looking forward to hearing from her on the Tour.
